Benton County District Attorney’s Office Policy Manual

The Benton County District Attorney’s Office Policy Manual (adopted Dec. 1, 2020) is a dynamic living document that will continue to be updated as laws, programs, best practices, resources, and work demands change. In addition to periodic updates, following ORS 8.705, the Benton County District Attorney shall review the policies no later than 5 years after the initial adoption of the policies, and every 5 years thereafter. The District Attorney will also make revisions to the policy as needed, and readopt the policy.
