How to Make a Payment to the Benton County District Attorney’s Office

Have the following ready for your payment:

  1. Case Number (District Attorney case number or court case number)
  2. Credit card, debit card, or checking account information
  3. Payment amount
  4. Payment type (Discovery, Public Record Request, or District Attorney Diversion Fee)

When you have your information ready, choose to make your payment by credit card, debit card, or electronic check. After making your selection, you will be transferred from the Benton County District Attorney’s payment page to the Point & Pay© website.
