How To Make a Payment Online
Have the following ready prior to making a payment:
- Case Number (District Attorney case number or court case number)
- Credit card, debit card, or checking account information
- Payment amount
- Payment type (Discovery, Public Record Request, or District Attorney Diversion Fee)
When you have your information ready, choose to make your payment by credit card, debit card, or electronic check. After making your selection, you will be transferred from the Benton County District Attorney’s payment page to the Point & Pay© website.
If you are unsure of your case number and/or outstanding balance contact the Benton County District Attorney’s office at 541-766-6815.
Important Notes About Your Payment Amount
- Point and Pay automatically charges a fee for payment processing (no portion of this fee is retained by Benton County).
- You must know the exact amount that is due before making your payment.
Fees
Credit and debit card transactions
2.5% fee based on transaction amount, $2.00 minimum.
Visa debit card transactions
$3.95 fee per transaction
Electronic check transactions
$2.00 fee for transactions less than $10,000
$10.00 fee for transactions $10,000 or more
